At Reybanpac we are proud to have a team of highly dedicated, committed and talented people. At the same time, we believe in their limitless capacity to enhance their skills, acquire new knowledge and generate creative ideas. Therefore, through the "Reybanpac Center of Excellence", we are strengthening our training programs and development plans for agricultural and administrative personnel.

Within these programs, we have opted for the implementation of a bachelor’s degree in agricultural production as a seedbed for young professionals specialized in bananas.

Our Center of Excellence has a holistic approach that integrates cognitive and practical learning, as well as technical and interpersonal skills. All this within the framework of the current challenges of the agro-industrial sector.

Evaluation and improvement of processes.

The path towards excellence also leads us to find strategic points to achieve greater efficiency in the use of resources, optimization of production times, increase productivity, reduce waste and find better ways of doing things. Once again, our own team is the key piece for this, with the support of an adequate methodology.

In 2022, Reybanpac is working on raising its production indexes, which is even more relevant in the current macroeconomic context that has had a significant impact on the banana sector.
