RESILIENCE AND COMMITMENT

We are closing a new year, a 2023 with new achievements by Reybanpac, but also with challenges in between. Faced with the problems presented by the current situation in Ecuador, those of us who believe unconditionally in our country and seek long-term solutions are even more committed.

A good businessman is one who fights with intelligence and courage for his ideals and principles, even when the situation is not favorable, and in our company we have given faithful testimony of that: we have maintained the quality of our product, always complying with high international standards and the demands of contemporary markets. Inside and outside Ecuador we are increasingly recognized for our commercial performance and social responsibility; we are a company seriously committed to a sustainable value chain, for the benefit of the environment and people.

We live in a world of permanent change and uncertainty for those of us who undertake and build businesses. Therefore, facing problems with a mindset of transforming them into solutions is fundamental: "every cloud has a silver lining", as an old popular adage says. In other words: we must be resilient, not remain static, but adapt to the situations we face and even anticipate what the future holds.

Victories have even more merit if they are achieved as a team. That is why I would like to thank and congratulate all those who make up Reybanpac, from our hard-working agricultural personnel, our teams in the administrative, commercial, quality, industrial safety, human resources and logistics areas, to our board of directors, for not losing sight of our goal: to healthily nourish the world with high quality bananas.. Without you, our valued collaborators, we would not have achieved the recognition of our customers and the fulfillment of our goals. You can rely on the fact that we will continue to ensure your well-being, stability, and professional development.

I also extend my appreciation to our financial partners, suppliers, and allied producers. It has been an honor to work closely with you during 2023. I look forward to further strengthening the commercial ties that bind us together in the coming year.
