Reybanpac encourage excellence through the 2022 Agricultural Olympics.

On August 3, the final of the 2022 Agricultural Olympics took place. In an atmosphere of fraternal competition, 48 representatives of the Reybanpac farms demonstrated their skills. The finalists were selected after a qualifying phase developed in the six areas of Los Ríos province where the company’s farms are located.

This activity, which is being carried out for the ninth time, aims to promote excellence in field and packing personnel, as well as to recognize the talent and effort of our collaborators.

During the day, the contestants competed in the tasks of sheathing, propping, defoliation, selection, sorting, weighing, labelling and packaging. At the end, the first three places in each category were awarded.

At the award ceremony, Vicente Wong Cevallos, General Manager, congratulated all the participants for their daily dedication and commitment, and encouraged them to continue being an example of the search for excellence and development among their peers.
