REYBANPAC AWARDS THE TALENT AND PRODUCTIVITY OF ITS COLLABORATORS. 2019 AGRICULTURAL OLYMPICS

On August 31st, the winning team of the Agricultural Olympics received their award, an event that Reybanpac promotes as a way of encouraging collaborative work in an atmosphere of fun and recreation.

In the Agricultural Olympics, different production areas demonstrate their skills in key tasks of banana production and packaging such as Sheathing, Propping, Defoliation, Selection, Cleaning, Packaging, Weighing and Labelling. The winners of each zone faced off in the grand final displaying their best skills in these eight categories.

“These Olympics allow us to promote integration among our collaborators in the field, a healthy competition, where they demonstrate their skills in the principal tasks of each unit’s productivity.
