Agreement to promote knowledge and development between EARTH, Reybanpac, and Reylácteos.

Reybanpac believes in cooperation to encourage development. Over the years we have made alliances with institutions from various fields with whom we share the vision of promoting agribusiness, professional development, innovation for greater sustainability and contributing to the well-being of communities. On May 19, Reybanpac, together with our dairy subsidiary company Reylácteos, signed a 5-year cooperation agreement with EARTH University of Costa Rica.

EARTH is a global institution based in Costa Rica that educates leaders for sustainable development, especially in rural areas of the world. The University has a holistic 4-year academic model focused on learning-by-doing. Its students are trained in agronomy and sustainable agriculture and their mission is to create more prosperous and just societies.
EARTH has graduated 2,547 leading changemakers from 52 countries. It is currently training 437 young people from 38 countries and its faculty is made up of 40 professionals.

Under this agreement we have set objectives such as:
1. To develop programs in the fields of research, innovation and connection with society.
2. Innovate in processes and discover new techniques for the production of bananas and dairy products.
3. Strengthen the processes for generating knowledge and developing skills necessary for professional performance.
4. Carry out projects of mutual interest such as internships and consultancies.
5. Formulate, manage and coordinate projects that allow community development.

We are convinced that this new alliance will be successful, both for the development of sustainable agriculture and for the benefit of EARTH students and the communities neighboring our operations.
