AEBE CELEBRATED ITS XXI ANNIVERSARY

The Association of Banana Exporters of Ecuador (AEBE) celebrated its XXI Anniversary of Foundation. At the event where the new Executive Director, José Antonio Hidalgo, was officially presented, authorities and members of the organization gathered including producers, exporters and various companies related to the sector.

In his speech, José Antonio Hidalgo stressed that he will promote strategic alliances with local and international partners and promote private public synergy with the conviction of working on a common agenda for Ecuador. Since its existence, AEBE has constantly worked for the competitiveness of the sector, the expansion to new markets and for the unity of the productive chain, all based on compliance with laws and regulations both nationally and internationally.

During the ceremony, Reybanpac received recognition for its 20 years of membership, highlighting its permanent commitment to the development of the Ecuadorian banana sector. Reybanpac, which has stood out over time as a pioneer in new markets, bases its business model on sustainable production and strong principles focused on social, labor and environmental responsibility.
