In the face of new challenges, new opportunities for continued growth

2024 is coming to an end and, as is often the case, each year that passes leaves us with new lessons to learn.

It must be said: the road we have traveled as a company has not been easy. In addition to the problems that our country was already facing, we have had to face an energy crisis that has affected the way we work and even the way we live.

However, despite the problems, at Reybanpac we have not lost sight of our goal of healthily and sustainably nourishing the world with high quality bananas. Quite the contrary: true to our essence, we have strived to offer a premium product that adds value to our customers and to society.

This year, for example, we received awards in several areas: employability, exports, market diversification, gender equity, corporate reputation and sustainability.

Regarding sustainability, in particular, we continued to implement environmental responsibility projects for the care of natural resources. As well as actions to benefit the rural communities where we operate by expanding our technical education programs and promoting women's empowerment and gender equality.

Throughout the year we also promoted spaces for dialogue to encourage sustainable practices in the business enviroment.

These achievements would not have been possible without the talent and commitment of our team: agricultural personnel, administrative staff, commercial team, quality, certifications, human resources, logistics, corporate areas and our board of directors. To all of you: thank you for your effort and professionalism. In this new year, we will continue to ensure your comprehensive well-being and development.

I would also like to express my gratitude to our customers, financial partners, suppliers and allied producers for the trust placed in us during this time. We hope that these bonds that unite us will continue to grow even stronger in the long term. To this end, we will strive to always be your best ally.

Finally, I want to encourage you to see the challenges of the present and future as opportunities to learn and be better than yesterday. History is full of examples of individuals and people who have overcome obstacles similar to those faced by our country and have achieved significant changes. We can do the same.

We must not give up in the face of difficulties. Let us not lose faith in ourselves and in our abilities to create a better future.

Let us move forward in this coming year being proactive and persevering. Let no one take away our right to dream and to fight for a more equitable, prosperous and sustainable society.
