This year that is ending has been a year of profound changes and enormous future challenges for those of us in the agribusiness. In the last hundred years something like this had not been seen: a supply and demand crisis that brought a huge impact on consumption and serious problems in logistics and supply worldwide. Our attitude towards this has been one of great responsibility. First by safeguarding the health of our people, since we are responsible for thousands of families. That is why we took care of giving them the greatest security at all levels of the organization. Then, we sought to protect jobs with very strict biosafety protocols, fulfilling the commitments acquired with our clients and stakeholders. We never forgot the neediest families near our areas of operation, whom we assisted through the Wong Foundation.

Reybanpac's main success at this time was to never lose faith and always try to adapt as a team to the new reality with great care and dedication. Without thinking about the economic consequences, just thinking that each day was a new opportunity to show that we could overcome it.

Despite how tough this year was, our company continued with its growth and investment plans. Today we can say that we have advanced in our supply chain and we have become closer to our customers. Learning has not been easy since it has demanded a change in culture and raising our level of service, all to meet the demand of our customers at the end of the chain.

In terms of efficiency and productivity, we continue with our investments in new crops with the latest technology available to guarantee a product that is friendly to the environment and socially responsible.
We have also worked hard to diversify markets and products to new niches with the future objective of a new line of work.

Our good relationships with our business partners have been key to all of this. Our clients, suppliers and strategic partners are leaders in their markets with whom we have relationships of many years and have been well chosen by us for their seriousness and compliance, especially in difficult times. Our relationship in this pandemic has been tested and strengthened since we have mutually fulfilled our commitments in times of adversity.

Our company is always setting itself new goals, continually trying to improve ourselves. For the next 5 years we have responsible growth plans seeking not only to grow, but also to diversify and advance in the value chain in a competitive way. Keeping high standards of both quality and socio-environmental responsibility.

I would like to end this year by affirming to our clients and partners that the trust that you have placed in us will always be rewarded with quality and added value for your businesses. That our business relationship points to the long term as a way of growing and developing together. Always looking for mutual benefit with harmonious relationships and respect.
